She believes a well balanced and rounded life is essential to health and longevity.

Dr. Brooke Beck

Dr. Brooke Beck is a licensed naturopathic physician in Washington state who has a passion for natural and holistic health care. She provides naturopathic medical care in all stages of life with a focus on gastrointestinal disease, allergies, diabetes, and women’s health. She specializes in the use of botanical medicine, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, clinical nutrition, and dietary counseling.

Dr. Beck tries her best to “live the life that she prescribes” and finds this important when motivating and inspiring patients to achieve wellness. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy camping, appreciating music together, and the art of cooking unique and delicious recipes.

She earned her bachelor of arts in biology from Knox College in Galesburg, Il. Then afterwards obtained her naturopathic medical degree at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She was awarded a certificate of homeopathy after completing additional coursework in classical homeopathy from the New England School of Homeopathy (NESH). Following her medical education, she finished an intensive integrative medical residency at the Center for Natural and Integrative Medicine (CNIM) in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Diaz’s patient-centric approach is evident in her dedication to simplifying the complexities of nutrition for all ages. In a world filled with overwhelming health information, she achieves this by conducting comprehensive nutrition intake, understanding your relationship with food, providing personalized nutrition plans, and offering patient education. This ensures that each patient receives individualized and holistic nutritional guidance tailored to their unique needs.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Diaz has sought additional training in bodywork modalities, including deep tissue massage, shiatsu, somatic reeducation, and NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique). This diverse skill set allows her to address the interconnected nature of physical and emotional well-being, offering a more comprehensive approach to integrative healthcare.

By listening to each patient’s complete story, Dr. Diaz aims to meet them where they are in their health journey. Her commitment to holistic and trauma-informed care reflects her passion for empowering individuals to make sustainable improvements in their overall well-being.

Brianna Gallardo (Office Assistant)

Born and raised in the Camas/Washougal area, Brianna grew up surrounded by all the abundant natural beauty the Columbia River Gorge has to provide. She enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, herbal medicine making and crafting with found natural objects. All of these adventures are best shared with her husband, daughter, and numerous local family members. When she gets a quiet moment, Brianna enjoys reading and baking (grain-free of course!).

Brianna was first introduced to Blossom Natural Health and Wellness as a patient. After many years with health problems that were not being solved by conventional medicine, Brianna was introduced to Dr. Meredith Distante, who’s holistic and natural approach to healthcare helped Brianna to heal fully and lead a much healthier life. Brianna became passionate about helping others gain health through lifestyle changes, ultimately becoming a part of Blossom’s team. Brianna was trained in herbalism through the Arctos School of Herbal and Botanical Studies in Portland, OR. She hopes to use this knowledge to further the health of our community.

Sarah Hawkins (Office Assistant)

Sarah is so happy to join our Blossom family. She’s made a career in hospitality but always wanted to work in healthcare but never found the right field that fit. She’s lived in the PNW for the past 7 years and loves all that it has to offer. She comes to us with previous experience working in a local chiropractic office, as an Office Manager, for 7 years. Sarah has also been certified as a chiropractic x-ray tech. During her time there, she was introduced to functional medicine and learned more about a natural approach to medicine which she likes to incorporate into her daily life. From all she learned there she knew natural medicine was where she wanted to be. In her off time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends, and her husband and son; whether it’s going to the zoo, nature walks, or enjoying the local community events.

Leeana Hickman (Office Assistant)

Leeana graduated high school in Vancouver, WA and studied medical assisting at Concorde Career Colleges in Portland, OR. Growing up a sick kid, she always knew she wanted to work with people in need and help others find their way back to good health. She has spent her career working in many different areas of the medical world; from retirement homes and nursing assistant work to medical receptionist and hands-on patient care.

Since becoming a mother, giving her family the most natural lifestyle has been her biggest priority. On her off days, you’ll find her at almost any of the local markets, parks or trails spending time outdoors with her two kids. She loves to cook her family traditional recipes and take them on adventures to the beach or up north. Being able to blend her knowledge of the medical field and her home-made SE Asian roots makes being at Blossom the perfect fit!

Ali Trukken (Office Assistant)

Ali graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Integrative Healthcare in 2021. Since graduating, she has helped manage several Holistic Health Clinics in San Diego, California to get hands on experience working with patients and understanding the intricacies of managing an office. She recently relocated to Vancouver, Washington in 2023 and became right at home at Blossom!.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the wilderness in the Pacific Northwest, cooking nutritious recipes, making art for her art business Holistia Design, and preparing to start graduate school to become a Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist.
