Office Policies

Please take a moment to read about our office policies. Understanding these policies will help us serve you best!


If you are unable to keep an appointment, 2 business days notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we may make that time available to other patients who may need it. For missed appointments, or cancellation with less than 2 business days notice, you may be charged $55.00. If you cancel or miss your first appointment without providing this advanced notice, there is a $100 deposit required to reschedule your appointment. This deposit will be used towards your visit[s] / supplement purchase – however, this deposit will be forfeited if this appointment is missed or cancelled with less than
2 business days notice.

This policy is to ensure we are respectful of the time and energy required to prepare for the scheduled session as well ensuring an available time for other patients.

Financial Policy

  • Payment in full is due at the time that services are rendered. For patients not utilizing insurance, you will receive a non-billing discount for the office visit. Payment is expected in full at the time supplements or other products are purchased. There will be a $40 fee for every returned check.
  • Insurance: We are happy to provide billing services for those patients who have CONFIRMED naturopathic coverage with their insurance companies. Copayment is due at time of service. You will be notified of co-insurance or other balances within 15 days of receiving your statement and payment is expected within two weeks of notification. Payment for non-covered services, costs applied toward deductible, and co-insurance payments are your responsibility.
  • Appointments by phone must be paid at the time of the visit. You will be asked for your credit/debit card number prior to starting the phone visit and will be charged for the visit as well as any supplements and shipping costs at that time.
  • For accounts over 30 days past due, a monthly interest charge of 10% will be charged, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. On any accounts over 60 days past due, or over $250.00, continued services will be on a cash basis only.

On-Time Policy

Office visits will not be extended due to late arrival. We are happy to mail, fax or email forms to you in advance if you are unable to download them from our website. Please fill out forms online or print and fill out BEFORE your first office visit.

E-mail & Phone

We understand that questions may arise after your office visit. We are more than happy to have a brief phone conversation or brief email reply to answer your questions. If this phone conversation goes beyond 10 minutes or the email or phone conversation substitutes for an office visit (such as changes made to your treatment plan) you will be billed the same as our normal office visit rates. Email is not a HIPAA compliant format.


Payment in full is expected at time of purchase. All supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, and other natural medicines purchased through Blossom Natural Health and Wellness are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot re-sell supplements that have left the office; we cannot guarantee that these items were protected from conditions that may affect their quality or integrity. Please note that most insurance companies do not reimburse for the natural medicines dispensed from our pharmacy.

Emergency Care

We do not provide emergency medical care or after-hours treatment at Blossom Natural Health and Wellness. If you are concerned that you may be experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are not experiencing a medical emergency, you may leave a voice message on our office phone 360.834.2732 and we will return your call the next business day.
